Travel Information
Carlowrie Castle is a 15 minute drive from Edinburgh Airport and 30 minute drive from Edinburgh city centre (traffic dependant).
Driving to Scotland from London ranges from 6-8 hours depending on what time you leave. The earlier the better. We have tried and tested this :)

Travelling to Scotland by train (from either London King's Cross or London Euston) takes around 4.5 hours and takes you to Edinburgh Waverley Station which is in the city centre.
The tram service is a very cost effective way of getting from the Airport to Edinburgh City Centre and this takes around 25 mins.

Taxis to Carlowrie Castle are readily available from either Edinburgh City Centre or Edinburgh Airport.
